They had also told him to drop what was in his hand several times too didn't they?

Cops also took an oath to protect and serve.
Dunno when they will bother with that one.

Somewhere else a cop feared for his life, and executed an unarmed black man with his pants down in the middle of the street.

Seems that he's worth more dead than alive. Nothing like an opportunity to make a little jack along the way.

    I told you...
He was unarmed with his pats down, standing in the middle of the street.
The police feared for their lives, naturally, and executed him.

It is according to the official statement that the coward of a cop feared for his safety, and executed that unarmed man with his pants down, when he stood in the middle of an intersection.

No that's not it at all. He was acting crazy, hitting cars and then began approaching the officer (who was black) and failed to obey commands. That's what really happened.

No they did not. As soon as they saw him they shouted "show me your hands gun gun gun" and then immediately started shooting with no break between the words said and the shooting starting

Those officers were so jittery that they were never in a position to see what was in his hand while they were issuing instructions and then ducking behind the wall before seeing if the instructions were being followed.

Just for the record : I have no problem with rough justice but that does not mean that justice of that sort is fine.

Clearly unarmed and no threat. He just had an argument with another civilian who pushed him in the chest. The victim did not retaliate at all to this pushing. So what if he is a black officer? This is not the first time that a black officer has killed an unarmed civilian. Seems that the green light has been given to kill depressed people if they are shouting and being anti-social.

If another civilian did what that officer did, there would be a charge of murder

its real easy as I see it. Im not sure what the issue is with people getting shot by police. It has to be some form of upbringing gone bad such as run from the police, fear police etc. Thats a fatal flaw. Dont run, do exactly what police say and dont make any quick erratic movements. You wont be shot.

Why do folks grow up fearing the police?

Listen up buddy. He wasn't executed because he failed to obey commands. He got executed because the cop feared for his safety when he saw a unarmed dude with his pants down. THAT is the official statement of his police department. The cop is just a scared little yellow rabbit with a happy trigger finger and the conscience of a psychopath.

From a show that ended in 1996, and it's still up to date.

Because the cops give them reasons to be. And that word gets spread.
Rodney King was no incident. That's how the cops all to often can be.
Hence they have to wear camera's.

As I noted in my post above yours... the sit com Fresh Prince of Bell Air, made a joke about it. And even though it's exaggerated. It comes with a message that there is a truth in white cops killing innocent unarmed black people... 20 years before BLM started. And they made that message within 15 seconds, that they easily could have filled with anything else.

Sure, the world isnt perfect but if you teach your child to run from the police and distrust them, then you have increased your childs chance of death by police bu about 95%. Not smart. We all see the results, they cant be debated. Its a societal failure which can only be cured at its roots. If I did the same thing I would have been shot as well. The fact is, I was taught not to do what this kid did. Thats why Im still here.
