A double negative how do you prove a crime was nit committed? No that is what he said they could not determine a crime was committed irrespective of the prosecution would move forward after he was out of office by whatever circumstance and Congress does not prosecute crimes.

Neither of you guys are posting quotes.... Here is what he actually said... live on TV

    SNIP
the opinion says that the Constitution requires a process other than the criminal justice system to formally accuse a sitting president of wrongdoing.
    ENDSNIP

What do you think that means?? He said Constitution, so he must be referring to the 2nd Amendment???

    Oh yeah.

    She is Toast for sure.

She is drafting her resignation letter and the Dems are going to elect AOC as the new Speaker.

    Serious Bidness!:flagus:

AJ, she'd even slur the words in her resignation letter.

Again, they wont because they honestly know that the Senate wont do that. Me personally, I do believe that no matter what he does, the Senate wont allow him to be found guilty. They have shown time and time again during his presidency that party over country is their mantra.

This isnt directed at you personally Polly, but the right getting all up in arms over Pelosi saying she wants to “see him in prison” is probably the most hypocritical thing I have seen in politics in all my years. It’s an utterly stunning thing for them to even push back on when they were chanting “lock her up” since the start of the 2016 campaigns. It’s just stunning to watch

I got some news for ya.... Pretty much any D who gets elected will appoint an AG that will likely consider prosecuting Trump, for either/both Mueller OOJ (or the ongoing OOJ) OR as Individual 1.... January 2021 is going to be a bleak month in Trump world, although they may hold off until February to give him a chance to escape...

There's the tricky part right there.

And I got some news for you... I don't care what happens to Trump after he leaves office.

    Do. Not. Care.

But you go ahead and enjoy your revenge fantasies.

The far right of the GOP are the most hypocritical American citizens in ten years. They hate American values.

Who cares about ex Presidents? Do you really care about Bill Clinton now? Obama? Do they have your undying loyalty? Would you have been a Hillary fanboi till the day you died if that nightmare had come true?

Sorry the SOL is five years. If nancy and the Dems really believed what they were saying they’d move to impeach. It’s obvious they don’t

    He did say....
“Our investigation found multiple acts by the President that were capable of exerting undue influence over law enforcement investigations, including the Russian-interference and obstruction investigations,” Mueller wrote. “The incidents were often carried out through one-on-one meetings in which the President sought to use his official power outside of usual channels. These actions ranged from efforts to remove the Special Counsel and to reverse the effect of the Attorney General’s recusal; to the attempted use of official power to limit the scope of the investigation; to direct and indirect contacts with witnesses with the potential to influence their testimony.”

“Because we determined not to make a traditional prosecutorial judgment, we did not draw ultimate conclusions about the President’s conduct".

Mueller emphasized, however, that his analysis of the evidence did not clear the president of obstruction. Said Mueller: “f we had confidence after a thorough investigation of the facts that the President clearly did not commit obstruction of justice, we would so state. Based on the facts and the applicable legal standards, we are unable to reach that judgment.”

    https://www.factcheck.org/2019/04/what-the-mueller-report-says-about-obstruction/

You and the rest of the Trumpers are essentially saying the Mueller report fond Trump innocent but that is impossible.

And since then, Trump has clearly committed the crime of obstruction of justice when he directed those who have been subpoenaed to not testify.

Who cares about ex Presidents? - All Americans should "care" about our former leaders, to some degree or the other. Many of them still have things to offer the country, or should. Trump being the obvious exception. Even Bush Junior has managed somewhat to recover from his 8 years and Bush Senior was much praised by both sides on his death. Jimmy Carter will be mourned upon his passing...

Do you really care about Bill Clinton now? - Sure, a little bit... He was president during the best financial and safe period of my lifetime, so I'll always have a spot for him...

Obama? - Pretty much the same... I still get a chuckle when I compare him competently addressing an audience vs Trump doing it....

Do they have your undying loyalty? - Only my family has my undying loyalty

Would you have been a Hillary fanboi till the day you died if that nightmare had come true? - If she had been the decent president I know she would have been, she would get the same as above when out of office...

He never used italics to make any thing emphasized. He cleared stated he couldn’t. Conclude a crime took place. On every already publicly know event he reviewed he highlighted why he couldn’t he highlighted reasonable doubt. If he hadn’t then nancy et al would be pushing impeachment, her not doing so highlights my point.

Um no that’s not how SOL’s work. The reality that you can’t accept is even nancy knows there is no crimes hence why she isn’t moving to impeach
