    I love Jesus also, but I do not feel like Democrats are trying to restrict me in ANY way; liberals seek to LIBERATE.

    But He also has given me free will to change that course of action.

    He can multitask and work with any situation I create to fit His needs.

    He's flexible like that.

    Kinda being a God sort of thing.

    Could that possibly have anything to do with the hypocritical Christian Right distorting religion to support their devious agendas that COMPLETELY go against Jesus' teachings of love, benevolence, and altruistic empathy? The Spanish Inquisition and the Holy Wars did not do much to encourage the rest of the world to embrace Christianity. Those who carry a Bible as a smokescreen for their true intentions are easily identified.

    I am 70 years old. . . . How long has it taken you to acquire YOUR "wisdom"?

    The TRUE mark of a Christian is love and tolerance, not advocacy for "survival of the fittest".

    God DOES show me the way, and it is independent of politics. . . . The fact that Christianity is more closely aligned with Democratic principles is the reason behind my political affiliation. Do not allow politics to compromise your beliefs.

    Your faith is between you and God, I certainly know nothing about it.

    From your postings though I would say I'm a bit skeptical.

    Perhaps God put us both here at this time so you can reevaluate your beliefs?

    Well if it was somehow God’s plan that I live in misery and self hatred, then I don’t think I want what he’s selling. Glad you get something out of it though.
