    One last try. When his taxes were subpeoned what happened? Trump's lawyers went to court to block them from being carried out. The house didn't need to get authority, they have it, Trump needed a court to stay that authority. He didn't. That's how it works.

    Why do you not understand every subpoena is adjudicated independently?
    Why do you not understand that the district court ruling compelling testimony is stayed pending appeal in circuit court?
    Why do you not understand that Exec Priv is presumed legal until the courts decide otherwise?

    The use of ExecPriv is no more an Obstruction of Congress as a veto.
