    With this type of philosophy, how long before its against the law not to be pregnant. Every ovulation cycle is a potential for human conception, and as the religious have stated, a potential has equal, and in some respects, more rights than an actual.

    And then, how long are you allowed to be not pregnant between pregnancies? Is there a "rest period" allowed between your state-supervised birth and your next conception?

    It's even funnier watching you trying to produce those posts... I'm not sure I've seen any that have said that, and I certainly haven't, although in comparison, the shooter is more chargeable than the shootee...

    The assault charge is for the assault on the other adult, the manslaughter for the death of her baby which resulted from the assault.

    First, not a trial, just a grand jury.
    Anyone that shoots in "self defense" ALWAYS says they were in danger. If they don't, they have no defense.
    How does one come to the conclusion that if you start a fight, you don't care about your baby?
    Why shot in the belly? Self defense
    Was the baby the target? Apparently not, the shooter wasn't charged.
    The jury doesn't seem to know a whole hell of a lot about anything.

    By definition if you are pregnant and start a fight you do not care about your baby..
    This is self evident common sense.
    Just like if you are pregnant and smoke, drink or do drugs you don't care about your baby.

    How you act determines what you care for.
    Starting a fight puts your baby at risk.
    Putting your baby at risk means you don't care.
    Feeling affection for something is not caring for it. Doing things to protect it is caring for it.

    I couldn't find that definition in Webster's. You must have a different edition than mine.
    Fight's can be verbal you know. Does that count in your definition?
