It's also worth noting that in the video filmed shortly after Brown's death, the cop doesn't look in pain or mangled. I've never had my eye socket "blown out" so I'm not sure if you'd be keeling over or not.

 

This comes from a source within the Prosecuting Attorney’s office and confirmed by the St. Louis County Police.

 

It's just as likely as any other theory we can develop now, based on eye witness accounts and testimony. I still would like to know how far away Brown was, when Wilson shot him.

 

...according to Jim Hoft, no other source I could find actually corroborates his reporting. I'm not saying it isn't true, but the number of stories this guy has gotten wrong is pretty significant.

I can see it going down the way he describe, but he never should have attempted to apprehend them alone if he suspected them of "strong arm" robbery.

Some people will never believe that anyone would charge at an armed police officer. The lack of good witnesses on his side will cause him problems.

Only two or three black witnesses claim the shooter was 35 feet from the black kid and one of those witnesses was involved in a store robbery 10 minutes before.

Based on currently available information -- now that the bogus sensationalized stuff of the Leftwing Media has pretty much turned out to be false across the board -- probably nine-tenths of all LEOs across this nation (of ALL races and ethnic make up) are saying to themselves, "Yeah, that was a righteous shooting."
