So, it would seem that if trans ftm can use steroids to improve their competitiveness, the rest of the female wrestlers should be able to use steroids as well to equal the playing field. So, performance enhancing seems to be the road to female athletic success. How is this then equal?

 

It's a form of protest. The fact that it's entirely unfair for Mack to be competing against girls is the point. Mack is protesting this and demanding to be allowed to compete against other boys, and demonstrating why.
